John Moulton Homestead

More From Mormon Row

John Moulton Homestead, Mormon Row, Grand Teton National Park

When visiting Morman Row in Grand Teton National Park it is natural to focus on the two iconic barns: T. A. Moulton Barn and his brother John’s. They are iconic and widely photographed, so naturally everyone wants to get his or her take on them. But there is so much more to Mormon Row than the barns.

On our second visit to Mormon Row on this trip, I drawn to this portion of the Moulton homestead. I liked the ceiling of clouds, the sun filtering through, casting long shadows across the property. I positioned myself carefully, looking to maintain separation between the buildings.
